CONDOLENCE MESSAGE FROM NHYIRA CHARITIES FOUNDATION
It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we at Nhyira Charities Foundation extend our sincerest condolences to the bereaved families, the Ghana Armed Forces, and the entire nation on the tragic loss of eight distinguished Ghanaians in the recent military helicopter crash at Adansi on its way to Obuasi.
We mourn the passing of:
• Dr. Edward Omane Boamah – Minister for Defence
• Alhaji Dr. Ibrahim Murtala Mohammed – Minister for Environment
• Alhaji Muniru Mohammed – Acting Deputy National Security Coordinator
• Dr. Samuel Sarpong – Vice Chairman, NDC
• Mr. Samuel Aboagye – Former Parliamentary Candidate, Obuasi East
• Squadron Leader Peter Bafemi Anala
• Flying Officer Twum Ampadu
• Sergeant Ernest Addo
This heartbreaking incident is a great national loss. These were individuals who dedicated their lives to public service, national development, and the peace and security of Ghana. Their selflessness, bravery, and contributions will never be forgotten.
We stand in solidarity with their families in this time of pain and pray for God’s comfort, strength, and peace. May their souls rest in perfect peace, and may the nation find unity in grief as we honour their legacy.
